Parish Revitalization Program Grant Application - Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada Foundation (UOCCF)

Objectives:

Promote the spiritual growth and development of our faithful.
Assist parishes in implementing new programs that will rejuvenate and revitalize their parish life.

Criteria:

To be eligible for consideration to receive a grant from $500 to $2000 the Parish must submit a completed Grant Application with proposed Budget before June 29, 2019.

Evaluation:

A summary describing the Parish’s progress in achieving the objectives of this program must be submitted within six months of receipt of this grant and after implementation of the program. This must include an accounting of how the funds were spent.
